Telephony and Customer Contact
We are looking for someone who wants to exceed our insured individuals' expectations for good treatment, excellent service, and accessibility. As a claims officer in telephony, you are our insured individuals' first contact with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and contribute to strengthening trust in both the Agency and social insurance.
As a claims officer in telephony, you create security for our insured individuals by forwarding calls to the right person or agency, answering questions, and/or referring to the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's website. You play a significant role in exceeding citizens' expectations for treatment, good service, and accessibility. The summer job primarily involves staffing our telephony, but you will also perform simpler administrative tasks.
As a claims officer, you handle confidential information, which places higher demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who
- has a high school diploma or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
- is service-oriented
- has a systematic and meticulous working method
- is confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations
- has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
- has good ability to use a computer as a working tool.
It is advantageous if you have
- Experience in customer service work and/or customer service work in telephony.

Other
A number of positions, special fixed-term employment. You are expected to work full-time during the summer between June 2 and August 15 with planned mandatory introduction during weeks 23 and 24. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. In this recruitment, psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Place of employment: Kalmar.
